Surat City Gymkhana (also referred to as "SCG") recognizes that its members, guests, visitors, users, and others who use www.suratcitygymkhana.com, www.suratcitygymkhana.in or mobile apps (henceforth referred to as “SCG Online Services”) value their privacy. This Privacy Notice details important information regarding the use and disclosure of user information collected on or via SCG Online Services. SCG provides this Privacy Notice to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using SCG Online Services.

Your use of SCG Online Services and any personal information you may provide on SCG Online Services remains subjected to the terms of this Privacy Notice and our Terms & Conditions elsewhere on these services.

MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES AND RULES

Once membership is approved and in effect, paid membership fee or maintenance fee shall not be refunded.

Implementation of membership access to SCG Online Services shall be in accordance with the constitution of SCG, and so shall be subject to the applicable membership provisions, rules, by-laws, periodic resolutions and circulars. It shall always be binding on all the members. The Association has the absolute right to change, modify and/or amend the same.

Members can use the membership number on registered mobile number to access the SCG Online Services.

Only one login access per member on member’s registered mobile number shall be generated for access to some SCG Online Services. Do not request for multiple logins. Request for multiple access shall be forthrightly rejected.

Before accessing SCG Online Services, please check if your membership information with SCG is correct, valid and up-to-date.

Where any discrepancy is found in any of the mandatory requirements, your access to SCG Online Services shall stand suspended.

Most SCG Online Services do not require registration or membership details.

Some SCG Online Services do require one-time registration using membership number on registered mobile number.

Login steps to SCG Online Services:

Install the application for use on your device.
Provide your membership number and registered mobile number to register once application is open for use.
Validate your membership access based on One-Time-Password SMS received.
Regularly access SCG Online Services using the application as and when needed.
Logout from application when not in regular use to avoid membership details misuse and maintain personal privacy.
